Not the 100% story but I've heard some things. Futlz and his camp were pretty unrealistic with their expectations so early in the season, and they weren't forthcoming on what actually happened in the first place with fultz.
Should be noted that Drew wasn't gunho about taking on fultz, it was Jojo among others who was pushing for it.

Draymond only gets accolades and recognition because he’s surrounded by all time greats. Lead the team in assists cuz he has only the best shooting backcourt OF ALL TIME plus KD. He gets all nba nods and all star selections because his team wins.

Have no dog in this, and I'm sure this is going to look like I'm capping for Drew but he trained Tatum his entire life and helped get him to Duke, a lotto pick, and have a spectacular rookie season.
He trained Jojo this past summer and Jojo is putting up historical numbers. That don't have nothing to do with Drew huh? Lol
He trained Beal almost all his life and Beal made an AS game last year and is doing fine this year.
He trained Zach Lavine this past summer and Zach is putting up some historical numbers.
When Wiggins was putting up 24 a game who was training him then?
We wanna draw correlations with this too? Do you wanna do this with RJ Barrett too who looks fantastic as a freshman right now?
The 76ers, led by Embiid ASKED Drew to help fultz, not the other way around. And Fultz didn't come out of pocket for it either.

We only gonna cite the clients that do bad and not good? The truth is, is that the link between basketball trainer and client is kind of tough to gauge, especially at the pro level. At best, you're making guys 5 to 10 percent better (If that) and often times results are tied into opportunity and situation.
But to only pick out the clients who are doing bad as a means to kill a trainer is pretty ridiculous.
Tatum had one of the best shooting seasons ever for a rookie. He's up to 39% from 3 on increased volume as a sophomore right now. Won't hear a peep about Drew in regards to this. But because y'all expect trainers to be miracle workers, every guy he touch supposed to be like this.
