Those Hanlan drills didn't help him?

Golden State has been loud about the fact that they were terrified of OKC that year. Golden State was not always the better team in that series that's just revisionist history.

And @VARNELL HILL is right. Could easily make the case that Cleveland wins 2015 at full strength and then you have 2016. Golden State did need KD to guarantee that championship.

Or Houston wins last year.

OKC was the best team in 2016, but their best player was a double agent.

The best way to put it is that KD is a luxury for the warriors, but not a necessity

He's a Ferrari when a 30k car can meet your daily driving needs.

Harrison Barnes was that car that was so bad that you couldn't even use it as a daily driver.

I also hate watching Jimmy Butler play. Dribble, Dribble, Dribble....mid post...pump fake, pump fake, shot.

He’s a good player...but ive grown annoyed with him.
He’s always played like a less talented Melo. I never liked his game.

Ain't no one in the history of the NBA aged more than John Wall in 9 years. Maybe Steve Francis, but he was on that narcotic. Wall seen/done some things after-hours.

I'll never understand how a team that already won a chip, then went 73-9 the next season with mostly the same personnel, suddenly 'needed' the second player in the league to win a title
Because your regular season record doesn’t mean anything in the playoffs.

Their only title before that, they trailed in two different series, both against teams with injuries to 2 starters. Then the year after, they were down 3-1, came back and got eliminated in the very next series.

This sounds like a team who would be in trouble going forward if they didn’t reload.

What's the discussion right mow? Whether GSW needed/didn't need Durant?
