I really don't think Seager will be moved. I see Taijuan+pieces being moved in ANY trade before Seager is thrown out there.

I just dont think matt freekin kemp...a .290/30/100/20-30 SB guy in his prime...is gonna be dealt for a pitching prospect and other prospects..AND wed eat salary...I dont see it. If ned does that.......hes depodesta to me.

Dave Stewart(matts agent) came out today saying he expects matt to be dealt during next weeks winter meetings. It just got even realer.
Im not a fan. At all. Are the dodgers that sold on craws lil mini playoff run? 2 yrs ago, he was widely considered the best player in the game. They have to know something we dont.
Im not down with craw/dre/puig as the opening day OF. At all.
There better be a major league ready player(s).

Got an update on my SportsCenter app that the Dodgers have contacted the Rays and expressed interest in trading for Price.

None of the outfielders outside of Puig have enough value to snag either of those guys.
No on believes in Crawford, that'st he problem, the other 29 teams in baseball don't see him serviceable enough to warrant the headache of having him on the field and the clubhouse. Wouldn't mind Ackley of Franklin for Ethier/cash. Ackley is up and down and Franklin just lost his job to Cano.

Ackley struggled early last year because our batting coaches were trying to tweak some of his mechanics, he actually ended the season doing a lot better. Nick Franklin started off really well and faded toward the end, but the kid is nice.
Like I mentioned many times already, I love both of these teams so I'd want the best for both squads. Looks like Boston isn't really in talks for Kemp anymore, if the M's can't present anything decent to LA, I really hope he stays put in Dodger blue.

Ackley was a beast at UNC (Go Heels)....but regardless, really hoping we don't move Kemp. I see the thinking of course (we all do), but I'm still a believer he can come back healthy and kill it.
I hope Ned doesn't "overthink" or "over tinker" for next year.

I still don't think Kemp moves unless the return is solid, cause the potential is there and the Dodgers will be eating money.
I want to see Ethier moved, he's on the downside of his career, we'll eat money and if we can get a low risk/high reward guy like Ackley, it would be nice. Don't want another season of Mark Ellis if Guerrero doesn't pan out.

To his credit, he is a nice guy, good clubhouse guy. Has the mentality of a Joe Schmoe who got lucky enough to have talent to play Major League baseball.

I think LA will land Tanaka, that rotation will be straight crazy if they do. Can't wait for the season to start with that Austrailian series!
