You could take her last 400 from this and make the Olympic final in the 400.. So no dive and having swam another 400 before

You take her first 100 and last 100 from her 400 (so a 200 in between), would make the Olympic final in the 200

For a professional swimmer? Not much

I used to swim an 800m as a warm-up in swim practice. I was dead by 500m.
