KD hit clutch shots in the fourth, westbrick turned into Westbrook, sloppy play in the second half. Okc caught momentum and gsw got checked in the chin and didn't know how to respond

I knew something was off about you. No more debates with you.

Y'all are laughing at @GVHP2223for saying KD made clutch shots in the 4th, but he watched the same game I did, because it's true.

He only made 1 in Crunch time or two(maybe FT's but let's not include those) but it made it a 2 possesion game with like a minute left.

He made a couple early in the 4th before building a house, too, one was to tie and the other to take the lead. There were few but clutch AF
Ya dudes on NT don't know how to watch basketball games nor read.

I DID NOT say that KD made clutch shots.

I was laughing at the dude who said KD made clutch shots in the 4th.

KD had a forgettable 4th quarter. Stop it.
First off my bad, as you can see from the above top post which I was referring to,  I meant to @ moe not you. My Bad

Second, @moe200069was right, KD did hit clutch shots in the 4th (3 of them to be exact)

Now as far as him having a forgettable 4th, that's another topic altogether.

As it pertains to Clutch shots in the 4th, It appears if anybody didn't watch the game it would be you bruh.

I would think you'd be able to exercise a bit of common sense and know I maybe @'ed you by accident and know I was talking about and agreeing with moe but, that would be giving you way too much credit, obviously.

Please tell me there's no truth to this

His exact words..idk if being from New Zealand and only being in the U.S. for 5 years is a legit excuse however. Hate the fact that this is whats talked about from his game instead of his great performance. He brought it upon his self though.

Read up on the history of New Zealand and their treatment of ppl of color and it looks a lot less legit.

Steven Adams.... :lol :{

I'm listening to the 1st take podcast and I just heard it. I'll let him slide cuz he only been in this country for 5 years. But he gotta know.

we probably need someone from NZ to chime in on that. i dunno if calling someone monkey there has the same meaning as it does when you do it here in the US. clearly it doesn't fly in the US, but it might not have that same connotation (is that the right word?) there as it does here. and i mean, he's tongan...he's not like some crazy white supremacist :lol

Also people continue to act as if GS CAN"T put together a lineup to combat OKC Bigs. Bogut, Ezeli, Speights & Varajao are probably gonna see a lot more time the next game.
I think they will likely stay small, no adjustment needed there really.

I mean this Adams/Kanter is no different than the previous 3 meetings when these 2 met.

Actually in the 1st games Kanter played 27mpg, he played 18 last night.

Adams played his normal minutes.

GSW making adjustments to their Bigs is not an adjustment Kerr is going to see as needing to be made.

Bogut/Festus/Speights will see the same time as they have previously if you ask me. And Anderson won't see the floor.

Anybody who heard it live knows he didn't mean a damn thing by it. A poor choice of words. Dude is ignorant, and not Trump supporter ignorant.

I mean if Adams is a racist, you telling me Steph and Klay the ones to incite his public hate? Come on man.

A quick Google search of "New Zealand racism monkeys" nets back enough published stories for me to deduce that "monkey" carries the same connotation there as it does here in America when the subject is a person of color.

I see one story about the Fiji prime minister under fire for making "ape gestures" towards a black man. Another of police officers in Auckland calling a black person a monkey.

I have yet to come across anything that suggests the word is used differently over there. Nevertheless, I don't care whether he had malicious intent or not. As long as we keep reacting to these names and giving them power, we're going to keep running in this circle. Let's start calling white ppl monkeys and level the playing field

they speak the same english as americans.

This notion that calling a person of color and monkey anywhere across the world is somehow different than in America is downright comical. But not the last bit surprised honestly. He made a mistake and said something ignorant, no need for a qualifier. I'm sure the Aboriginal ppl and others there don't see it as a term of endearment.

If he was fully American or played for the Cavs or Warriors you guys would be a lot less quick to defend him...

them double standards

That being said, I think yall are sissys for getting your feelings hurt all the time by pro athletes. And some of you guys are almost twice my age

It has nothing to do with that. Given context and delivery, it's literally only common sense that tells you he wasn't trying to be a racist piece of ****.
