Atl came back and all the slander stopped
Was gonna come in here and give the Hawks props on the comeback and how the NBA slander jinx is undefeated but I fell asleep.

Pat Beverley, tho :eek

Watching the highlights....Westbrook was 2-12 when he was guarded by him. Dude was up in his grill all night. Man. That was impressive defense.

This is what bothers me about Westbrook: just be physical with him. The refs know how he plays. So just go at him. Don't give him drives to the hoop.

Wonder how long fishing for hooks (FA's) before Hassan is on the block

I give it season's end unless Heat keep up the resting nonsense they've been pullin'

SD carving out a role on this Houston squad :hat

i remember he was getting slandered on here after '15 draft

I haaaated this dude in college man so I hated the pick :lol. He's def coming up for sure. So glad we scooped him up. If he can be what Parsons was to us but healthy we got a steal

I like that he's quicker off the dribble than Parsons. I still don't know how dudes bite on Parson's pump fakes and drives to the basket when they're some of the most telegraphed moves ever :lol

i was so amazed Russy took that last shot...Pat had that **** locked up.

thats a shot when you know you cant turn the corner and you really settle.

hats off to Beverley.

This :lol. Can't wait till Dekker takes all of Brews minutes man. Yeah Parsons and Wade got some of the best pumps in the league and dudes know it's coming and still bite. It's crazy

Dekker definitely needs more minutes, he's been shining in the little time he does get on the court.

Ariza is washed, time to make the transition.

With his athleticism, he's perfect running with Harden.

Also, we have to start putting some respect Lou Will's name beyond the fact that he has two girl's that get along.

The guy has been absolutely killing it, especially these past couple games since Nick Young been injured.

He's putting up around 25 PER on 30% Usage, he's gotta win 6MOY again and MIP.

Walton unlocked him.

Also, Raptors need to realize that Norman Powell is better than Demarre Carroll.

I know it hurts because of his contract but he's looked washed for 2 years now.

Nice dunk-by from my man dekker
He's got that dog in him to be great

Not as cute as Chandler bae but similar skill set and both are white

Eh, he kind of put himself in this predicament. He would've been a free agent this summer had he never signed the extension.

Someone doesn't understand the rookie extension.

Literally every player signs it, it makes zero financial sense to do otherwise.

That would probably be you. The rookie extension isn't as complicated as you seem to think it is.

And no one was discussing the financial aspect of the extension or how often it is or isn't signed. The topic being discussed was how miserable AD looks in New Orleans and how he should be "freed."

My post simply pointed out that had he not signed his extension, he would be "free" this summer.

Nobody doesn't sign the extension because it doesn't make sense no matter the team situation.

& he still wouldn't have been "free", he would've been a restricted FA and NO obviously would've matched any offer and any offer would've been less than the extension.

So you're still wrong no matter which way you slice it.

Yeah, as long as Ariza can continue to make over 40% of his corner 3's he has a place with the Houston Hardens

what you mean washed?

hes still plays big time defense and can knock down the open shot.

He hasn't been a good defender for a couple years now, that's just accepted as truth because he was before.

He is shooting better this year so I'll give him that but I'd rather focus on the future than a guy on the downside of his career arc.

i see what you saying but Rockets are in win-now mode...they aint tossing a young buck out there over a 31 year old vet.

i do agree dekker needs more mins. thier small ball lineup is fun to watch.

Lol, no.

He would've been an unrestricted free agent this summer and could've signed wherever his heart desired.

Like I said before, if there is someone that doesn't understand the rookie extension, it is probably you.
