Los Osos' coach needs to be demoted. There is no way you let a kid put up 92 points. Where is the pride at? Defense was atrocious. No contests at the rim, cherry-picked to death. Papa Ball said he "unleashed" Melo in the second half. All the way from his seat in the stands.

It doesn't diminish his skill set at all.

HE could play every one of these games he just missed, but there is no reason to or incentive to, and furthermore not his decision.

Making the playoffs =/= Getting another couple of top picks or whatever.

It's really in their best interest to keep him healthy, but if he played LIKE HE WOULD IF IT WERE UP TO HIM, he'd be crushing everyone like Pink Cookies in a Plastic Bag.
