don't get me wrong, i like Vic. explosive as hell and could create his own shot in Orlando, but pairing him with ball-dominant guard like Russ baffles the heck out of me.

@ Russ & Boogie playing together, that's about 80% of the usage in two players.

Nobody else on the team averaging over 12 ppg.

everything in sports these days just has a narrative & people just refuse to break out of it No matter whats actually going on. Russ Averaged 10 assist per night last year & doing close to 11 this year. Why is the narrative still that he won't pass?

He can't play with Boogie because he's ball Dominant but he played with and flourished with one of the best scorers in NBA history for years

I personally think those two would KILL together & be a hell of a duo but OKC doesn't have the pieces to make it happen. Interestingly enough if Russell didn't have playoff success i'm pretty sure his narrative would read the same as Boogie in the media
