Official 2015 NFL Draft Thread

@dreClark can you share your thoughts on your OL cameron erving? hear that he's pretty versatile. sounds like he played center most of the year but do you recall how he did at tackle or guard? thanks in advance.

anyone else who watched FSU or knows about the kid, please feel free to share

Shaq is versatile and a playmaker on the defensive side. Most teams could use a guy like him, but I Miami does seem like the perfect fit. Solid defense already, he'd be free to roam and make plays.

If you're looking for a QB that holds onto the ball too long, is about as accurate as Tim Tebow, locks onto receivers, and has a 32 awareness... he's all yours.

Felt like Hundley was average all year, but I just looked up his numbers:

22 TD, five interceptions, 69.1 CMP%, 8.05 yards per attempt, never had a single game in 2014 with more than one interception. 4.1 average on the ground with 10 TD.

I don't know, the most surprising thing there is his completion percentage. Outside of his big first half against K-State, he ended the year on a down note.

vs Stanford - 146 yards, 53.1 CMP%, 1 TD, 0 INT
vs K-State - 136 yards, 50.0 CMP%, 1 TD, 0 INT

How many fumbles did he have, ESPN/CFBStats either don't list it or make it extremely hard to find that.

Brett Hundley overthrows everyone wherever they are on the football field. He's absolutely terrible.
His accuracy leaves a lot to be desired, but there's something in his mechanics that look too fluid for me to believe he can't overcome it. He does just enough of just about everything to keep me intrigued. Footwork in the pocket can be impeccable. He's not a guy I'm one to close the book on.

Fully agree on Mannion though. He was high on a lot of people's lists coming into the year, but his regression was ridiculous. Looked nothing like the potential he had shown the last few seasons.

He took like 10 sacks against Utah. The guy has some of the worst pocket awareness I've seen. Forget happy feet, he doesn't even feel pressure when it's coming.

I'm talking late, late in the draft - but Connor Halliday wouldn't go undrafted if some idiot gave me a war room. If you throw 526 passes before November (in which he didn't play in at all) and complete 67.1% of them, I will be the one to make sure you don't have what it takes - not somebody else.

Which mike leach QB didn't complete at least 60% of his passes? All Those guys stink. Kingsbury, graham, etc...
Halliday included.

DSA, Cameron played LT last year, well, but struggled this year a bit. But he moved to Center and played really well. I've read several that thing he could play guard next level, maybe be a versatile utility knife lineman for someone. I too, have my eye on him for us. He could play G next to Pouncey, play C instead of Pounce, even back up Albert at LT in a pinch. (Tho may not be ideal).

Shaq at 14 is "possible" but not sure its likely. We need CB more, and could get Waynes there. If he's off, I'd hope to drop a few slots and nab Shaq, but we coulda done that last year with James and instead just took him at 19. Could see that at 14 if they feel like he's their guy.

I need to see who they cut/sign in FA before I'm sure. 14 could be CB, LB, DT, OL, even receiver if they drop Wallace/Hartline/Gibson.

By the way, there are *zero* QBs coming out this year that were as good or pro ready as Teddy was.

Scouts deserve all the egg-on-the-face they're getting for their 'evaluations' of him. :{ Perfect example of why on the field production/game tape is way more valuable than combine measurements + pro days.

Bryce Petty is gonna start moving back up boards because teams are desperate to find their franchise QB

Garrett Grayson will be this year's Jimmy Garoppolo
