Caron had games of 22, 17, 17, 35, and 25. He had an off game with only 2 points, sure, but that's DAMN consistent.
Last year he actually stepped up VERY well in the Playoffs.
Why didn't we win last year?
We couldn't play a lick of damn defense.
You can sit here and talk about our inefficiencies on offense all you want. We have guys for that. Someone isn't on, we got 3 other guys who will gladly fill in that persons shoes. We haven't even had probably our second-most dynamic player last year in Beaubois and we're still second in the West right now.
The difference this year is our defense. We're holding teams to low scores. We're doing things on DEFENSE and that leads to our offense.
Don't give me crap that we lost last year because we couldn't score. That's a bunch of crap. The reason we lost is because we couldn't stop George Hill, Tony Parker, Manu Ginobili.
Each game was close, then they put the clamps on us, and George Hill and Manu killed us.
