and IYN have u seen the new remodeled ballys in montclair? I haven't been to the PH one in like 5 yrs, I'm sure their equipment is trash.
Not much of a swimmer though, usually just run in the water since I tore my acl.

Kershaw just didn't have it today. Anyways, not sure if you dudes use supplements (hell from protein, to size-on, no-x to even some growth hormones)
Igot a good connect that's pretty much half off from max muscle / gym prices.

It's good if you're trying to bulk, I got another bucket that I'm gonna waste and once that's done I'm off it.
If you use it right and eat well, you could gain good mass, and it's just not water weight. You don't piss like a horse like its No-Xplode orSuperPump250.
I'll ask, he's from jersey though and just ships my *!*% out.
$30 something shipped for some SuperPump or whatever is what he charges, considering at the gym that *!*% is running almost $60
Btw, is 562 ok? He's been at VONs for like 2 hours

Vons doesn't have any specialty meats so I opted Soy Ham and Soy Turkey
Soy Provolone
Ancient Grains bread loaf
Veggie Mayo and Organic Mustard
Organic cookies and Wheat Thins
Organic Romaine Lettuce and Tomatoes
Also bought organic Cranberry juice
All for sammiches.
Oh well. I knew it wouldn't be cheap.

There were no alternatives @ Vons. It was either Farmer John, store brand crap or the other alternative.
I'm not saying i'm going vegan, hell, I love meat ( yeahyeahyeah...) But if I did decide to turn into one it wouldn't be right off the bat.
Just a victim of the circumstance I placed myself into.
