Last few games we have been very weak defensively. We had 4 errors from last night that contributed to Charlie Morton's 1st L this season.


Oh great ....a Braves starting pitcher (Jorge Campillo) gave up runs early to the Brewers again....

Johnson with a great defensive play in the 1st and a big double in the 2nd to score two runs. Now he would proceed to strike out 3 more times and have 2 errorsduring the rest of the games.

Campillo has been impressive so far his last start vs Angels he pitched a great game.

Jair Jurrjens pitched a gem over eight innings and allowed only 3 hits to get his eighth win of the year.

Teixeira getting his hitting groove back, chipping in three RBIs and a two-run HR.

Yep. He has been one of our few bright spots in our-injury plagued rotation. He's going to be a future Cy Young candidate in the next year orso.

NL East is getting close, given the Phillies' and Marlins' inconsistencies at this point. As long as we can stay healthy and keep on winningwe're good.

Frenchy is struggling now and Bobby put him 7th in the lineup. We have to count on Tex and McCann to drive in runs for now.

Morton to get the call Tuesday vs Kyle Kendrick. I hope we can turn the table on the Phils unlike their sweep of us back in early June.

Chipper is rest assured of being the starter at 3B in the All-Star Game.
