Glad the rest of the NT Money Team hit doe!

Gotta regroup for tomorrow. Sheesh. :\

i didn't touch the bowl games myself, kind of wish i did tho. but like you said, entertaining night of football to say the least

Prez F it put you to that extra parlay huh? I need to stop messing around and just lay down half a U on everything you guys say about NHL. I think between you and Prez its a little over 80% :Nthat

I hear ya Rust. I've hit a wall. So it goes though.

I know you have a bigger bank roll doe, and it seems better management maintaining that bank roll than I do. Regardless, its NT Money or bust.

Yall helped me pay off my wife's Jetta well before the note was due. lol. :Nthat

After tonight I'm back to depositing some money I won... I hate to give it back.

Paul lets get hot bro. Tomorrow we live to fight another day.

Watched Runner Runner the other night. Recommend it for anyone who hasn't seen it yet

"Hard work alone doesn't protect your downside"

Discipline, money management and controlling your emotions and biases is crucial to consistent success in risk vs reward opportunities. A lot of material that I read dealing with behavior finance applies to betting. For example, I dislike OSU and Coach Meyer so I bet Clemson. Luckily it worked out but I let my bias cloud my judgment and decision making. Just food for thought

hockey picks for tomorrow 8o

For NFL im leaning towards Indi pickem. They have been bipolar, but they have shown up when it came to the good teams

Saints vs Eagle is a bit tougher, my gut tells me to chose the eagles but i really think saints will beat them and are better.

hockey picks for tomorrow 8o

early leans that stick out immediately:

Chiefs +2.5
the public is loving the Colts right now -- especially because of the beat down they gave the Chiefs a few weeks ago -- but taking them based on that would be too simple .
Andy. Reid. the guy is tremendous as a road dog (he covers 62% of the time on the road) , and in the 1st round of the playoffs . with the starters well rested and a solid week+ to prepare (going into week 17 , the Chiefs had a feeling they would run into the Colts Wild Card weekend) you can rest assured hes going to have the team prepared to play . the last matchup was a bit of an anomaly , particularly regarding the turnover battle . as the NUMBER ONE AFC team in turnover differential , the Chiefs were -4 against the Colts in week 16 . they'll take care of the ball more in this game . i see this being a 1 point game either way , which is why im taking the points

edit -- :eek i just checked and the line has moved so much that the Chiefs are now giving points . even more reason to take them at +2.5 if you can still get it in your book

Saints +2.5
its become clear this season that Saints are not the same team away from the Super Dome , but they are traveling to play a team with one of the smallest home field advantages in the league . the Eagles have been historically bad at home over the past few years (6-21 covering the spread at home in their last 27 games) . the Saints also have a huge advantage matching up offensively with the Eagles . simply put -- the better team is getting points in this spot

theres also a lovely NHL parlay tomorrow that im betting big on

Penguins ML
Lightning ML
Ducks ML

I've been on the roller-coaster off an on for two years and honestly never do this but the refs on that final scoring drive for Mizzou was disgusting...

Phantom penalty call on the pick 6 with five minutes left would've been game-over, like, literally there wasn't even anyone close to touching a WR warranting a Pass interference ... Few plays later Franklin clearly fumbled on that sack that the cowboys recovered that didn't even get reviewed. :{

Then to add insult to injury being I had OK state at +5.5 thinking I was pretty much clear and in the money the miracle sack/fumble turning into an 80 yard TD return by a D-end had me ready to throw my drink at the restaurant I was at in pure disgust. :{ :{ :{

Regardless, congrats to ChampCru on being correct, hope you ate well off that Mizzou pick.

@PrezT...

Not trying to debate because I've been riding with Brees heavy on the betting side of things all year and want to take em today especially being a Cowboys fan and all, but....

It doesn't bother you Brees is pedestrian as hell on the road? Because it's kind of like the Lebron effect to me, if he's playing terrible the team follows suit from an emotional/mental standpoint and I watched #9 on the road against the Jets :x and the Rams :x my lord he was extremely terrible bruh.

Not to mention it's supposed to be cold as hell out there today.....
