If done correctly back extensions actually activate and work the back of your leg more then they do your lower back.

Was doing 225 for reps on incline last night felt so good, hopefully I don't lose too much strength.

Back down to 181 lbs after doing high-intensity interval with my regular routine running all week. I was gaining too much excess fat in my midsection so something had to give.
 
aight so when i walk it seems like 1 foot is shorter than the other causing me to walk weird. my friends and family say its in my head and its fine but i can literally feel the difference in my steps. also whenevr i try and squat i dont have good balance and cant properly do it. does anyone have an idea what is causing this and can it be fixed?
 
Man I might have to look into that intermittent fasting. Scale is saying what I want it to,strength is too but that mirror ain't.

I have this as well, cracked the growth plate in my ankle at a young age so one leg is slightly longer and messes with my overall balance, been throwing a extra insole in the shorter leg and doing of a bosu ball work

I wonder if i have this problem. I broke my ankle right on the growth plate back in 8th grade.
 
weighed in at 179#
basically starved myself yesterday. getting back on track with nutrition. gonna still shoot for 170 or less by june 1.
 
Down 10lbs altogether but I prolly gained like 3 back this weekend. Their was alot of pizza, subs, liquor and chicken at my crib for wrestlemania. Anybody ever have cheat days and feel super sick the next day?

I always have my best workouts after cheat days.

I didn't lose any weight last week which is good because I thought I was going to gain from a cookie binge I had

Any advice on how I can improve my dead lift? Like increase the weight. Trying to get that joint up to 400lbs x 5 reps x 2 sets by the end of the years.
