Random question: if you get sentenced to life in prison and are pronounced legally dead at some point but are revived is your sentence served?

How stoned are you :lol

Legally perishing away means brain dead, irreversible and permanent. If a person dies and wakes up, that is cardiopulmonary death. It is not permanent, reversible and thus, cannot be legally certfied as death.

What the law constitutes as death in comparison to the medical fields broad interpretation of death are completely different. The law is very straightforward with its interpretation of death, certifiable by permanency.

Good question was wondering that myself. If ur legally pronounced dead with legally being the keyword and are revived againI'm guessing you did serve your life sentence technically
