take some liquid melatonin about 9pm, you will be out by 9:30 for the nightaight... another question...
my sleep patterns are TERRIBLE...
i dont go to sleep until 12 am... wake up at 3:30 am... and lay there until 6.. then, when its time for me to get up at 6... i all of a sudden get sleepy again...
this has happened the past 4 days...
