I don't like the Kobe V's they look too low or something is off. The shoe does not look like basketball shoes.

1. Those are not the Kobe V's. They are a Kobe team shoe.
2. That is not Flywire on top of the leather... it is stitching.

Remember when we saw pics of the kobe iv... no body liked it. I'm not sure what happened but all of sudden it got really popular out of no where..

maybe a SL edition....
the pair i saw on campus today was mroe like the solid black
with the minimal upper with just flywire and no panels really
but this one had yellow and purple on ther somewhere
but the shape is about the same as posted.

Kobe IV's looked better after better pics, because a lot of the details and shape were taken out of those early catalog pictures.
I don't see any improvement if those are the Kobe V's no matter how well people take pics of them.
I'll blow all my money on the IV's and wait out next year.
