When I was on a mission to secure every Nike/off white pair, I picked up a few of the spike vapor streets and trimmed off all the spikes. Loved wearing em. As someone who wanted the OG cw of the next % tempos, I’d get the black pair of these off whites and just file off the spikes again.

They’re not racing spikes. The spikes are very soft and will wear off in a couple weeks. I’m interested in these for running since Nike does so few performance collabs that cross over with lifestyle.

Joyrides are ok any thing Over 5k your not trying to do Nike. Except the vapor fly which these ain’t.

That’s not accurate. Nike’s has a huge resurgence among runners over the past four years. Look at what folks are wearing at any decent competition, and you’ll see Nike well-represented these days. The Zoom Tempos got mixed reviews from runners, and I haven’t tried them myself yet, but I’m willing to give them a shot. If they’re as good as the Zoom Flys—a friend of mine ran a 2:30 in the OW Zoom Flys in the NYC Marathon a few years ago—I’ll be satisfied.

The uppers look anything like AlphaFlys' AtomKnit which has a bit of stretch to it. Got a pair of Scream Green (10, TTS) and Solar Red (9.5). Hopefully, a size 9.5 would still fit me just like my 2nd pair of AlphaFlys did. Can't wait to get back home.THIS JUST IN…HOLLA.
