Both versions have their pros and cons:
PROS:
Women’s: Better Upper / FK Weave / Black Tongue
Men’s: All Black Heel Clip / Black Swoosh

and sadly all those pros/cons could’ve been a non issue had nike stopped messing around and just give the multi color knit as an NBY option

It’s unique to each submission. You have to buy the cereal and then submit a photo of your receipt and you get the email with the code usually within a day or so. I’ve seen the cereals a lot more lately at target, etc. Codes expire 6/3/22
