He loves the Friday the 13th franchise, but...I'm assuming Nike didn't wanna go thru with a blood splatter/murder theme like the XIII so they made it family friendly.

Did anyone else (current age ~28-38 ) ever stay up all night watching the F13th marathons whenever there was a Friday the 13th? I think it was USA or TNT that used to play them, back when the only real "cable" channels were HBO and a couple others.

I remember Sci-fi and USA did the Friday the 13th marathons and AMC always did a Halloween (Michael Meyers) marathon every year.
