I’m skeptical of the puffy tongue. Worried it’ll mess with the fit. I guess we’ll see.
I think it's just in the area of the ankle upwards... like the Kobe 9 Halo.

They changed the sock liner too which I like. I think I remember the originals getting chewed up and chewing up socks from the sphere pattern they used.

Did any of you have comfort issues with the puffy tongue on the TB 8 protros? I felt like it made the shoe tighter and gave me weird pressure points on the top of my foot. Hope the 3s are nothing like that.

I love puffy tongue of the 8s, even tho like you said gave a little more pressure but I feel somehow wrapped better my feet.

It flexed funny and didn’t have ventilation so I didn’t like it at first, but after a few wears I don’t mind it. I still think they could’ve used the fabric tongue from the Elite or FTB.

Halo 3 is the first pair that Kobe line gonna have EP (wide) version.
