Bought the OGs from Niketown back in 2008. Retail was $130. Looking forward to playing in 3s again

Same and only pair from the OG set... pair I got was gifted to me from a supervisor back in 2012 cuz he knew I was a kobe guy. I had skipped the 3s campaign cuz my ZK1s and Orca 2s were holding me down in my hoop sessions back then. Good times when my boy was working at FL

So the left shoe on my pair doesn’t appear to be level …? Is this normal?

I got my KB3 low protros last week.

Has anyone else had trouble lacing theirs to the top? Both of the uppermost eyelets are offset from the shoe itself or have fabric blocking the hole.

I literally spoke on it immediately. Joint is a mission in itself. Like i wore em to my game, and its my fault i didnt work on that mission over these last few days. I had did the right foot but didnt do the left. Tried to do it as I arrived at the gym but got there just as the game was about to start. Then tried to complete the mission during half time and still failed. Ended up double knotting that foot smh. If you go outside in... the lace makes it through but from inside nope

A bunch of people
On IG inboxed me saying from factory one of their zoom strobel were popped on the new pink pair, I honestly was like really?

My pair shows up, the left shoe felt super dead from like a 2 min indoor try on, popped the insole and yup, bag is completely dead and flat, no air at all in them….

That’s wild if true. Wtf…

slightly unrelated but this made me remember that time i was arguing with some fool in the Nike nba apparel thread about adidas vs nike jerseys and he said “nike is a billion dollar corporation they never make mistakes”

i hope for his own sake he was on nike payroll otherwise it is just sad to be that delusional

Same here. Left shoe has no air.

Edit: called Nike CS and they were useless. Bro didn’t even understand what I was talking about. Only option is a return. 🤦‍♂️

I’m gonna make a wild guess and say I bet those Zoom units aren’t popped. Looks like somehow the factory used a bunch of bags that weren’t ever inflated in the first place. Always something, even when you think you’ve seen it all.

my first guess was they installed wrong side, upside down lol

Could be. I was just guessing, too. But since it seems common, I thought a stack of faulty or uninflated Zoom units being placed in the shoes seemed like a reasonable explanation, rather than those units having all been popped somehow.
