Normally I’d disagree since these are official release pics, but with Nike messing up so many releases who even knows.Prob won't ever release but I really hope they do.
GT Jump "Own Space"

Wow. that is just overpriced. it's not even a retro.I have a pair sitting at home for me waiting. Looking forward to getting them on court this week.
The black pair is up on eBay, taxxxxxxxed though.
Bruh they’re not even LeBrons lol and don’t get me wrong LeBrons for 200+ is overpriced tooWow. that is just overpriced. it's not even a retro.
it depends in my opinion. although I love the lows for it enables me to move better and faster, the high tops protected me since I most of the time roll my ankle since I jump a lot really high. the only thing about highs is that it restricts your movement like wearing a walking boot. although it prevents or minimizes your chances of getting injured, it's terrible for players' with a lot of agility. that's why the mids for me are the sweet spot. high enough to minimize rolls and low enough to allow movement.Idk about y'all but as I got older, high tops have started giving me achilles tendonitis lmaooo. I had to stop because it kept pressing against my achilles when I balled. It sorted itself out when I started wearing kobes/lowtops.
I think the fact that I changed my play style to minimize stepping on people's feet and rolling my ankle allowed me to not need much ankle protection now. I also can't risk getting hurt while I'm in nursing school lol. They don't allow absences for clinicals.it depends in my opinion. although I love the lows for it enables me to move better and faster, the high tops protected me since I most of the time roll my ankle since I jump a lot really high. the only thing about highs is that it restricts your movement like wearing a walking boot. although it prevents or minimizes your chances of getting injured, it's terrible for players' with a lot of agility. that's why the mids for me are the sweet spot. high enough to minimize rolls and low enough to allow movement.
that's the thing. I also changed my play style considering my age, height and weight. although I still have some lift left in me, that's why I'm opting for a mid for jumps and lateral movements. although I can manage with lows now as evident with using the Cuts which is a fantastic shoe for agility. too bad the outsoles burn fast.I think the fact that I changed my play style to minimize stepping on people's feet and rolling my ankle allowed me to not need much ankle protection now. It’s not that high honestly. The Pebax jump frame is severely exaggerated.Wow is the heel toe drop really as severe as it looks? That’s bad for foot health and contributes to hoopers getting plantar fasciitis
toe drop doesn't look that high. I believe the aesthetic look tricks you into thinking it. I would think that the GT Cuts have a more pronounced toe drop than these.Wow is the heel toe drop really as severe as it looks? That’s bad for foot health and contributes to hoopers getting plantar fasciitis
Quick look:
perfect timing. with no gym and on a 3 month rehab, I wont be able to ball anyways and could purchase some later better colorways.High Heels for Hoopers
I wanted the black ones and I saw them yesterday and $250 was steep but thankfully they didn't have em in my size to tempt me anyway. I wish one of the 78 colorways of cuts would drop. I mean it doesn't matter anyway because covid dried up ballin for me during the winter, but still.
I would second that. Your foot sits basically right on top of that pink heel bag. Your not sitting all that high, especially compared to recent Lebron with that max bubble.toe drop doesn't look that high. I believe the aesthetic look tricks you into thinking it. The 36s are in my bag at all times. For me, once broken in that shoe has the best total package currently. Awesome cushion, great durable traction and extremely lightweight. Great lockdown too considering that minimal upper. JB killed it this year. I hope Tate sticks around for a few more models.thanks. I was also anticipating this shoe last year among the 3. never thought of loving the GT Cuts so much over these only because the aesthetics is so rough. let us know what your thoughts are in terms of performance with this shoe as it would be the make or break of it for me. I'm loving the XXXVIs by far which is pretty much the better version of the GT Runs.
