These mcs are pretty limited.  The production times for my mens pair is only 11 days. My HTMs took a month to make. 

Mens MC is 9/11/14 - 9/22/14

Womens MC is 9/11/14 - 10/11/14

The black and white pair is 10/9/14 - 10/21/14
