I certainly haven't seen them in all ftls I've been to, especially the white leather ones in some time.

They're all over Texas and on the west coast. Not sure about east coast. The all whites I've seen aren't leather though

just picked up the triple black here in the US..the toe part is not plastic per usual...its like a rubber patent material..weird

Never knew that. I am only used to hyper bkue and tigers. Both have plastic toe. This new one..i can put my finger nail into it like its rubber

Yup, that midsole paint has about a two and a half wear life span. Ive only seen maybe 4 or 5 different cw at the outlets over the last 5 years or so, and thats the only place i would see them.
