come on this is bullcrap. No body has been dying over a blackout version of any shoe. The only reason people might want these is because their "Exclusive" or for some real sneaker enthusiasts, we want to beat the crap out of that pair.

they have made an all black retro of every penny for the last few releases, except penny 3s. Think about it. They did it with penny 4s like 4 years ago, then penny 2's, and now 1s. Its like mandatory. At least these have the ripstop which makes them kinda interesting. Besides that , they are limited because all the other blackouts hit outlets for less than $40. Even Griffey blackouts!

I got a pair. The material has an old school book bag feel to it. Rocked it a few times already. Whats ill is that the material makes it easy to keep the sneaker clean.

I believe these will actually do well..not because they're any better than any other blackouts to hit retail but because Nike threw on that limited tag,just like any other sneaker,hypebeasts & resellers will be all over these

^Tenorio88 ..... I don't know man this pair is the same pair he wore in the all star game.... Not to sound to vague but this will either be a SUPER easy cop or too much hype on the shoe and harder than people think it will be to cop. But, I don't know the Electric Green 1's kind of failed as far as hype went..... but who knows this is a classic. This is not a generic black out shoe like the Black Cat IV's or Lebron VIII's this is a classic worn by Penny himself in the All Star games. The pair has a story and a little nostalgia to it. Tenorio 88 is on point though always predicting the craziest **%.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STREET TEAM 2011!
