Have you seen durabuck on past V's or even the Supreme's from last year?
I've seen buck from the 2006 pair, Supremes and even the 2000 infrareds. I'm sure the og was nice, but i just wanted to hear from people who actually seen, felt, our owned the og instead of just assuming and complaining

Glad to see Nike Air back on these.. :smokin

Now we just need Carmines with Nike Air and Black Infrareds with real durabuck and Nike Air.

I'm starting to think NA Black IRs are the code red pair. That might be the pair that the whole sneaker world stops for.

Yeah, those are obviously not black infrareds, what Im asking is if that's what he meant by 'code red pair'.

Watch as JB reads this and drops the NA Reverse IRs.

The 2014 Reverse IR sample is flaymes, except for the Jumpman.

I believe that when he says the black infrared are the"code red" pair that he means they are the most hyped/iconic/and revered 6 that would cause problems if they were remastered.

That was my interpretation

Damn @tonytobacco, repped.

The durabuck, shape and height was beautiful on that sample.... It was on the actual release also, damn near better than the OG's IMO.

The 2010's shape and height was nice also, but the 2014's clown shoe toebox made them look hella off. Still, it was a nice shoe overall though.

I wish the '14's could've been all durabuck, with the leather heel though. Even if it was the plastic pleather ish.

I hope this sample does release one day, I know I'll be down for two pairs most definitely.

I know most don't feel them, but I always liked em. They're still not better than the original color blocking though.

I think they match up well with what a bred color way is supposed to be

wut

OG Durabuck is the ashiest material known to man

who told you that? i had og durabuck v's when they originally released and it was the best type of nubuck/durabuck ever buttery and rubbery and not ashy at all

you must have seen a 20 year old pair or pics of a 20 year old pair for you to think they are ashy

if you bought them when they originally released you would know

:evil  Those photos says a lot about the OGs. Its obvious the materials were way better than what we're getting today. Welp! They better come hard with these materials come July.

i want them to use the durabuck they used on the bordeaux vii or atleast like the 2000 retro. they will never reproduce the og durabuck but the recent bordeaux vii was very similar to the og durabuck but it was a bit thinner

Is anyone else not even trying to hear the complaints about OG durabuck? It's definitely the best route they can take if they can do it. The material is money. It was dope back then and it would be dope today. Anyone who disagrees with that is too young to know what they are talking about.

I just don't want Nike coming in here and making any decisions off of these opinions on it because you really don't know what you're missing out on since we haven't seen it in decades.

That's exactly what I meant. I didn't realize it was that cryptic.

I had a pair of IR 6's 5 years ago and it was like if you mixed rubber and chalk. They didn't age well, at all.

Agree!!! The OG durabuck V's I had were so good after I played my season in them for school I used them for outdoor hoop shoes and they still looked good. The only thing that wore out was the sole because I used them on concrete.

Repped! :smokin

Yea it was nice but it needs to be thickn a tad bit... Again I really would love to see Og durabuck..
