For 220 plus tax I expect a shoe with no flaws. I was ready to purchase a pair today until I notice a pen size hole in the back sole underneath the Nike Air logo. I told the worker no thanks and she got upset lol... Come on!

I got two pairs @jaylaw15. One from Backdoor, & I won the raffle for a pair at my local FTL. My backdoor pair looks a little off, for some reason. I don't know it could just be me, over analyzing things as usual. Anyways, I'll have pics for y'all later on today. I gotta be at work at 8 AM, So I'm about to got get this measly 5 1/2 hours off sleep.

I put Jason Markk Repel spray on these. The second coat is drying. The first dried and the shoe looked just as it did out of the box. No leathery feel, weird shine, texture, cracking or peeling caused by the spray, it's $17 but my $20 FNL reward ate into that.

-side note, really loving my pair. Thinking of getting another pair and a pair for my girl and nephews. Just a beautiful well put together sneaker.

Thanks! had to lower that lacelock one notch too didnt want it ruining the 3m. Yeah this pair doesnt squeek but i hope my double up doesnt either.

Finally got around to unboxing my pair today, joints are damn near flawless.

Definitely TTS for me, and I love the more snug fit.

General thoughts:

The new tooling on the "remastered" pairs, especially the 4's, makes me salivate for a pair of Black Cement's.

Yeah, the toe box is still incorrect, but the comfort is great.

Finally, THANK YOU to all who voted with their dollars and either supported other brands or stop buying retros.

We're living in a time where signature sneakers are DECREASING in price and OGs are outlet bound.

Y'all really are THE GOAT for being real. Not sure how much longer the market can bear >$200 retros, save for holiday XI's and celeb-driven quickstrikes.

Dude you got one pAir of shoes (lucky if it was a Jordan) and you wore those with EVERYTHING. For me, I had to work my **** off hauling mulch to earn shoes. Never owned a Jordan but got Omni Zone Pumps my 8th grade year, big ****. Funny hearing all you dudes complaining about squeaking, be thankfulnfor once. Squeaking usually occurs when there is friction, go run some laps #millenials.

No need to wait on a restock, they are up on the SNKRS app and NDC and other sites. depending on your size that is

Pulled mine out this morning to lace them up comfortably and remove the lace lock. These joints are so fire. Once of the best retros in quite some time IMO. My pair was free from the usual glue spots and stains around the midsole, no precreasing and my Nike Air embroidery is pretty on point.

I'm super satisfied to say the least. Time to rock these and move on to the next release.

If your shoes squeak really bad, spray a lil WD40 after removing the insole and let it dry. My CDP 10's (which were notorious for squeaking) never squeaked after that and multiple other shoes too. Seems crazy but it works

I'd do the same thing, if I was in the same boat as you. it's Nike's/JB's fault for allowing it to pass quality control.

im worried about the barcode, the pair from the boutique is made a month later and has a different barcode inside the shoe. box is the same tho
