Dude I think you're mishearing me. I'm not even trying to argue. It's not that the OGs didn't eventually EVER "yellow" a bit. It's that the retros, especially if worn, will be at least three shades more yellow within three years or less compared to those OGs which are about 33 years old. THAT'S the point some of us have been making. My lightly worn 2016 WC IVs were way more yellow than those OGs within two years or so. The OGs discolor in a way that if you saw someone wearing them, you'd just think, "Cool vintage Jordans." They still look pretty much fine. Then you see someone wearing a pair that's only a couple or a few years old and you think, "Yikes, it looks like someone peed all over them."
I can deal with the yellowing. Just give me that shape. That OG toe is gorgeous
There is ABSOLUTELY something different in how that mesh is made now compared to then. I don't know what it is, but it's clear (and not yellow) as day
