They did a solid job on the Air Max III OG pack down to the outsole mold change which was a underrated detail

Does anybody have a clear picture of the tongue construction on the OG pair? I noticed it changed when they started retroing the shoe, but I'd love to see a photo inside the shoe of how the tongue/bootie was made. 4:20

Forsy231 where did you find the early photo of the 2024? The shape is still off and that air bag doesn’t look right even though it is bigger.

Edit: Found several articles online that post the picture below. It’s a rendering of a Nike internal presentation regarding the 180 apparently. Also looks like May 2024.

Yes airbag looks bigger but the midsole looks way too thick the part from front to air bubble

Similar to AM200s (which obviously seem to have been inspired by 180s)
