Yo! Same thing happened to me with my Apple Card which I never had issues with before. I hit up support talking smack to them like wtf this never happened before.My patience got the best of me... I guess i did hit on the Nigel site but I paid resell... Oh well..
My account showed 2 declined charges form the website. 2 hours later I get a charge for a W from the website. I don’t have EQL+ either btw.

Apple Card changes up the ccv periodically. That could be the issue with Apple Cards.
