Anyone here from the in-store raffles from AMA, Social Status and APB? They’ve been REAL quiet lol. They removed the posts from their instagrams about the raffles from a couple days ago once the raffles ended, but didn’t mention people have been contacted

I didn't even bother with them this time. I did an instore raffle with them before and they might as well been writing my name on an old receipt they had in their pocket. Love TWG because of JW and I do think they do good work and love how much they highlight black women and support the culture, but I left out the store knowing there wasn't a chance in hell I was winning or even being considered.
I can't remember exactly what info they asked for past my name, but I browsed the store for like 2 minutes and then realized I didn't know how they'd reach out, so I asked them how they would reach out and when, and they were basically like huh? for what?
It was fine, cause I know being a size 13 it's already a crapshoot even with a 'normal' retailer, but it was just quite clear they'd backdoored all the pairs. It's free so you get what you pay for, which is nothing at all

I mean it should be common sense at this point. Jimbo publicly admitted they backdoor when he was caught up in money laundering and lost a cool 1.2M.
And let’s be real… if it’s one of their own releases it’s so plentiful there’s no reason to even enter a raffle.
