You can not look at your mascot and tell me that it's acceptable because none of your fan base is offended. That's ridiculous.

I really don't think it's offensive. I work with a native american at my job; he also says it was never offensive to him either.

Not sure how you know how rebranding works.

It goes from the:

Primary

To the secondary

To the alternate

To being used at certain times

To being phased out all together.

The Indians organization is smart, cause it's able to move away and trick simple minded people (case in point) into thinking it's still there when they are just phasing it out.

Come back in 10 years bruh....the logo will still be there.

I know quite a few Native Americans who don't find the name ******** offensive either. Doesn't matter nowadays, even though the Native Americans did create the term ********, cause the media will push the agenda they want. Personally, I don't care what the team name is anymore, **** is just so annoying now.

Fully agree with and happy the R term has been removed from many public institutions; should hopefully be all sooner rather later

Slightly less strong in my stance with a 'private' (debateable I know) entity, but would still like to see the team name changed. Doesn't diminish or hurt the team history and is a positive move going forward
