What the hell?

Cari Champion is a worthless piece of **** because she's standing up against domestic violence?

I'm not saying she's not annoying sometimes but c'mon man...

Have some damn humanity.
Everytime a woman speaks her mind about a serious topic doesn't mean she's being an annoying nuisance.

I really don't get people sometimes. Such angry views on so many people, women specifically. It's like dudes got so much built up anger towards women because they got their heart broken by a few.

How are we supposed to progress towards gender equality when you don't even have the patience to listen to a woman speak for 2 minutes on national tv about an important issue?

Funny to see dudes so quick to go in on a woman. Says a lot.

I don't even have anger towards Ray Rice. My disgust is STRICTLY towards Roger Goodell. He's setting a dangerous precedent and I hope the NFLPA does something about it. What Goodell just did should put EVERY player on notice/warning. Not for domestic abuse issues, but for anything that is suspension-worthy. That includes infractions on the field. If there was ever a case to get Goodell the **** out of the league, this is it. Initially suspend a player for an agreed upon amount of games, ONLY to go back and add to it? I mean, if you look at the reasons why this happened, it should be clear as day that Goodell, and his power-tripping self, should not be in the position he is to oversee the league. This is a **** up of epic proportions. As fans (and players, too), we have every right to be disgusted at what Rice did. However, the NFLPA should have his back. I do hope that Rice finds a way to sue the league because for as ****** up as a situation he put himself in, he's getting hosed by the league and his own team. This is absolutely crazy.

Ed Werder reporting on ESPN that NFL players have agreed on raising testing threshold for pot which would immediately bring 20players back

Mike Cairns @MikeCairns5 · 11m
However the other sticking point regarding DUI arrests for drugs and alcohol and how to prosecute remains the real sticking point

Mike Cairns @MikeCairns5 · 8m
IMO .... Gordon gets free of Pot and gets a clean slate but DUI arrest will cost him a few more games. Best/worse case scenario

Josh Gordon getting a clean slate is the most important thing to note.

No more potential "perma-banning" hovering over his head...:smokin

what about greg hardy? he was found guilty of Assault

he and ray McDonald played week 1
Maybe yall should do some research...

Hardy’s case remains unresolved in the legal system.  Sure, he was found guilty in a bench trial, before a judge.  But that’s simply part of the convoluted criminal procedure in North Carolina, which gives him what the lawyers call a trial de novo before a jury.  It all happens from scratch, a fresh bite at the apple.  Innocent until proven guilty.
If/when Hardy is convicted or pleads guilty or no contest or enters a diversionary program, then Hardy will face punishment from the NFL.  Anything before then would fly in the face of the league’s policies, as written and applied in past cases.

The 49ers’ de facto owner had been silent since the Aug. 31 incident that led to McDonald’s arrest on suspicion of domestic abuse. On Tuesday, however, he appeared on KNBR radio. York said he has spoken with his wife, Danielle, and his mother, Denise DeBartolo-York, who along with her husband, John, is the true owner of the team, and that he needs to see “evidence that something’s been done” before punishing McDonald.
“I would rather have someone criticize me for doing that than punishing someone who is innocent,” York said.

Oh stop. If a Niner wasn't involved you would have a different tone.

Sherman is annoying as hell to me. It was cool for him to run his mouth the first few times, now it's just getting redundant.

As if the Seahawks are the first team anybody has ever copied from :lol

I guess people haven't learned to play it on the safe side until all the information comes out

as if the seahawks are the first team to assign their conerbacks to a specific side of the field

No dude, it's a smart way to watch football.

Again, Eli was running TOWARDS his receiver, who was open, and threw the ball right to his hands, but the safety made a great play, INT. People clowning the hell out of Eli for it.

Stafford did the opposite of all that, only his receiver is incredible, and made a great grab. Matt placed the ball well, surely, but he also lobbed a ball over two defenders while backpedaling. If one of those safeties/corners made any sort of play, guess what would be happening for Matt right now. And as we have shown, this is not even close to the first time Stafford has stupidly thrown a ball into a group of defenders, only to have Calvin make a miracle happen.

It was a stupid throw, with a great result.

Favre throwin a missile thru 3 defenders into the waiting arms of Mark Chumura for a touchdown is a stupid throw, with a great result.

Bottom line, it's unintelligent quarterbacking.
receivers are rarely wide open in this league. the throw was equivalent to the same back shoulder throw that other qbs make in order to get the ball to a receiver that is covered. great throw from stafford. no defender had a chance to pick that off. the worst result for that pass is an incompletion.

Repped.  Dudes have some weird hangups on here that seem to come out whenever a woman is involved.
