News On Future Films Based on Comics/Paranormal/Sci-Fi

Anybody else think that Oz Great Powerful quietly flopped.

I know they saw Alice make a Billy and thought they could do it too
Only made 493mil. 215mil budget.

Speaking of Hasbro they were apparently going to buy Dreamworks animation but Disney Lawyers told them that it would be a conflict of interest and they would pull all Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars toys from the Habro toy line and Hasbro fell back.

Feminists love frozen. Girl empowerment mumbo jumbo. They really loved how the hero was a female and she didn't let that guy kiss her without her consent. Movie was ok, people made it sound like it was one of the most amazing animated films in years.

Anyway, I was watching american pickers on history channel and they were asking how much a first issue amazing spiderman comic would cost. They had those fact tidbits on screen and it said michael jackson wanted to buy Marvel in the 90s and play spiderman in a movie.
Tomb Raider should've made a billi then and might with it's reboot.

Interesting to think of MJ as a big Marvel fan. I'm not gonna give him as Peter Parker any thoughts :lol

Where is Reed Richards at to build a machine so I can go to an alternate universe where MJ was Pete so I can watch that movie and have a good hearty :rollin

Take this with a grain of salt

According to Nerdist, who drafted the suits based on descriptions given by a source in the film’s production team, these suits won’t be the final costumes that the Fantastic Four will use to fight crime. Rather, they will be prototypes designed by Mr. Fantastic to help the team conceal and harness their unique abilities. Function will lead fashion, with each component within the costumes serving a specific purpose. A more recognizable Fantastic Four version of the suits, closer resembling what’s in the comic books, will apparently come later in the film.

I can't wait for this trailer. Wanna see if its gonna be as bad as we all think it will be.

Will be pissed if this is a teaser to the teaser type of thing and they really premiere it at the SB

Either its greatest movie of the year or a total flop ain't no in between on this

Fantastic Four trailer is out and I'm officially in movie looks good, guess they just wanted to keep a lid on things instead of having everything leak

Fox did a very good job in cutting a very "safe" teaser. I'll wait until the theatrical trailer before forming any opinions, though.

Saw absolutely nothing in the teaser to get me excited. Good or bad, I usually watch all of these, but this may be the first superhero movie I pass on in the theaters unless word of mouth is strong

Looks like they asked a random fan to cut a trailer without actually seeing the movie.

Its a knockoff of the interstellar trailer

Gonna go ahead and say this movie will be as good as the newest TMNT movie. Like its "ok" if you somehow block out everything bad from your mind and watch half the movie on mute

I've been ******** on Josh Trank for a while now but I cannot lie that Fantastic Four trailer looks interesting.

He clearly has an original vision and fresh take on the core concepts.

Some of the green screen stuff looks worrisome, but the tone is interesting, hard sci fi - 2001-y feel is really perfect for the fantastic four, and the David Cronenberg body-horror stuff he's been talking about is really smart and makes sense.

for better or worse this will stand out from the other superhero films.
