Madame Mask if they do a master's of evil story? Doubt Madame Mask will get any significant role tho.
Assuming she'd play a villain.

Do Robert Downey Jr. and/or Marvel want us worried about Tony Stark’s fate in The Avengers: Age of Ultron?
Age of Ultron, by definition, must be bigger, badder, and probably darker than The Avengers — this is how superhero movies function, always. And what would be darker than the death of Iron Man, the icon who built Marvel Studios and anchored most of its biggest films since? The answer is that nothing would be darker. So maybe Marvel had a chat with RDJ and asked him, with an unknown level of specificity, to get some buzz going about the potential Death of Iron Man. Get the fanboys shaking in their boots a little. This also seems unlikely, because he’s Iron Man, and of course there are going to be more Iron Mans, and also because Downey is signed for a third Avengers installment, slated for 2018. Could he be Zombie Iron Man or Flashback Iron Man or Holo-Iron Man? Sure. But, again, most likely not?
RDJ cool and everything but he is a part of the reason 3 sucked. Ain't no one want to see him carry the movie throwing Christmas ornaments. We want to see IM kick ***. Sure the movies will take a hit, but having IM is better then not having him at all.
“There isn’t one in the pipe,” Downey told Variety. “No, there’s no plan for a fourth Iron Man.” “It’s down to Kevin [Feige, Marvel Studios president] and Ike [Perlmutter, CEO of Marvel Entertainment] and Disney to come to us with what the proposal is, and that’s on us to agree or disagree.”
“Not yet,” he said. “I have a few more [Marvel] movies I have to finish first, which I’m happy to do. I’m sure it’ll happen at some point. All good things have to come to an end. But I’m really happy playing the character. I’m honored to be part of the Marvel Universe for now.”
Honestly, between this and Guardians, it makes me not worry too much if anybody's replaced. I know people are still crying about Norton but just like with the Hulk, as long as there's an actual Man in Iron suit handling business, I won't lose sleep over it.
I doubt this actually happens.I read a report a few days back that they might just let Evans direct his own Cap/Marvel film in the future to get the directing bug out of his system and he gets to stay as Cap.
I don't agree they have to reboot.Yup iron man wont be recast as long as the avengers and the current marvel
Movie universe is going. They would have to completely reboot the whole universe if they were to recast iron man or captain america

From hearing him talk about directing. Evans isn't talking about something like a Marvel film and he's not gonna lose the directing bug by directing a superhero film.
Maybe by paying I'm more or something but I doubt they'll straight up give him a producer with money to fund an indie flick unless whoever wants to do it and believes he'll be good.I doubt this actually happens.I read a report a few days back that they might just let Evans direct his own Cap/Marvel film in the future to get the directing bug out of his system and he gets to stay as Cap.

They could just throw him a few crumbs to direct some sort of indie flick to get it out of his system.
In a recent interview Evans was asked if he would ever consider directing a blockbuster Marvel movie. Although the actor didn’t reject the possibility, he also did’n’t give any hints that directing a Marvel film is something he’s considering at the moment.
“So me and Mark Kassen, the guy who I brought on this movie, we were just talking like ‘what’s next?’ I want to continue directing and he’s like, ‘What size movie do you want to direct?’ I don’t care. If I read the right script, if that script needs $5 million, if that script needs $50 million, I don’t care. If I read a project that’s beautiful, that I really want to make, whatever it needs, it needs.”
Evans also acknowledged that his time with Marvel opened up his directorial opportunities, claiming that Before We Go wouldn’t have gotten the green light if he hadn’t helped it along with his Marvel “notoriety” and starred in the film.
In an interview with Variety, Evans clarified his stance on whether or not he was looking to retire from acting after his Marvel contract is completed. He said that while he loves acting, he’s looking to expand creatively for the time being by taking a seat in the director’s chair.
Said Evans:
“I’m looking to pursue directing. In the immediate future, I’m only looking to fulfill my contract with Marvel. If I’m going to act, it will be either in Marvel or something that I’m directing. And somehow, it was twisted into it would either be Marvel or I’m directing, not that I would be directing something I would act in.”

They can just kill them for a while and then bring them back due to a McGuffin like the Infinity gauntlet and the reality gem changed their appearance but everybody recognizes them anyway
