That gun will more than likely never be seen again. They caught his boy in Florida like a week after the murder. Im sure he had the gun and its long gone by now. It could be anywhere between Mass and Florida. It could be at the bottom of the ocean for all we know.

I was thinking that too, but it's just odd. They had been investigating that murder for over a year. Also, if they never find that gun, this wont be as "open shut". At least, I wouldnt think.

They had been investigating but with no real solid leads. Now with this murder they have been able to connect some dots and have even found the car invovled in the double homicide.

however, those pictures won't help him out, especially since there are clearer ones out there (the article said the ones we saw were taken from a phone of a photocopy of the real picture).

He'll never play in the L again. Point blank, period. This case will take too long to resolve, and even if he's found not guilty, he still has to do time for the gun charges they'll bring on him.

If they didn't take another month, and went ahead with the prosecution, then you'd have knuckleheads out there complaining about rushing the case and denying due process, or some crap. Can't have it both ways. They're making sure they've exhausted every lead in the investigation before moving forward.
Not sure what's so hard to understand about this.

It said in the article the feds have high quality pics of those screen shots we see. so maybe in those high quality pics you can see the gun.

Allegedly:
a) the photo taken from the night of the murder....
b) gun in photo has has yet to be located...
(in either order) these two connect eachother and put AH visually with the murder weapon
this... pls the other evidence (ie: phone records, witness testimony, bullet casings) ...
not good at all for him
then again ive seen 12 year olds do wildly more impressive things with photoshop than this

The point has been missed, if the murder weapon has not been found how can anyone say that's the murder weapon in a security cam screen shot.

but regardless, it's not me who's painting this picture...it's the prosecution
the point is
if that isn't the murder weapon.....then where this weapon? why is it so conveniently missing?
how incredibly unlucky it would be for him to have:
a.) lost the exact same model weapon
b) on the same night his friend was murdered
c) while its already been confirmed he was with the victim that night
d) he (allegedly) attempted to destroy his security footage
that's some tucker n dale ****
**also just to clarify: it was the article (posted on the previous page) that pointed out this picture of AH holding the 27 was taken the night of the murder.
