I think that Spoelstra is incredibly underrated by basketball fans.  They assume that because he coaches LeBron, he doesnt really do a whole lot.  That couldnt be further from the truth.  He is a damn good coach and even though he doesnt get respect from fans, players and other coaches know how good he is.
