My Xbox 360 keeps freezing

Like 5 minutes into any game I play, It freezes up.

It also freezes when I watch DVDs.


Any tips on how I fix it or clean it?

good luck

i just fixed mine over a day ago by opening it and cleaning the dust off
the heatsink. the insides of this system has to be the worst designed machine ever

You know what's about to happen, don't try and fix it just let it die...

Mine is about to die on me. Same thing with the freezing but I'm sort of glad I don't have to here that jet engine anymore.

I already have a PS3 but I don't have any games I just watch movies.

well thanks for the help dudes, thing is I have never really played it much, Im not one of those guys who leaves it on all day

it has gone months without being played in the past

Isnt there like a self cleaning disk you can get that cleans the laser reader or something?
