Never.
Just because I don’t really have time. I get off work at 5. Get home around 6. Get to gym around 6:30. There for about 2 hrs. Get home, eat, shower and just try to sleep. I could prob make time for it on weekends if it helps. I usually let my body take care of any pain by itself.
