Looks as though the "ocean effect" on the patent lather was sample only. Personally I was looking forward to how that would look in person, but upon receiving my pair I am very happy with them. I like the contrast between black and white on the lower section of the shoe and then spark and chlorine blue on the upper.

As someone already stated, a perfect shoe for summer.

Didnt like them because they were a little too odd, although I love my SB 8, so I tried to get them for my girl and they STILL looked off. Looks better on the shelf.
