Maybe so but the ones I have seen on the Internet that people have shown comparisons are def fake. No doubt about it. They can be sewn crooked or whatever and be B grade but the paint looks like the pic I posted, it's easy to spot the fake.Mentalkicks from my experience are very good high quality B grades. those aint fake...da midsole is STRAIGHT as a arrow towards da front...i've YET to see a fake maker get that right.I have been collecting Jordan 4s since they first came out. Seeing a few pairs from MentalKicks on the net and YouTube, I can tell you for certain that the Cement 4s in the video are fakes. It seems that variant production has gotten much better with shapes in the shoe but one thing they haven't gotten better with is the speckle paint in the midsole. Fakes up until this point have always had the speckle printed into the midsole making it look too big and drawnon. Authentic pairs have it "speckled" on giving it a texture, like the speckles where put in after the fact. I don't know if they sell some legit pairs too but seeing this makes me stay away completely.
definitely fake
Seriously man I have read multiple threads and you are on all of them saying they are legit. I haven't read any other people saying they are great like you. There are people all over the Internet posting and taking the time to make videos with side by side comparisons so you need to do some research. I'm glad you had a good experience but everyone else wasn't so lucky and that's obvious from a simple google or YouTube search.those aint fake...da midsole is STRAIGHT as a arrow towards da front...i've YET to see a fake maker get that right.
mental kicks sells real kicks, ya gotta quit da slander b or eff it, as long as they had a funny rep wit ya it'll ALWAYS be a touch easier to get
kicks from there because da rookies and hypebeasts is shook.
^^^ They're sizelegend. They sent me multiple messages a couple months back. I had to insult them for them to stop messaging me.
Bring on the pics of the size tags, I'm 100000000% positive the mentalkicks & kickscrew shoes are counterfeit.
They aren't even made in the same factories famb. A lot of the materials are obviously different at times too, so there goes that argument as well. Got any more points you wanna make to try and defend this trash? So that being said, would you by that iPad, for double the price of retail, if you're boy wasn't authorized to build iPads, but was just a worker there? And would you be comfortable knowing he used his own tools to do it, instead of Apple's assembly line? Would you be okay with the fact that some of the internals, and parts aren't the same as the genuine apple parts? So in the end, you'd be okay with getting your early iPad, paying double, with some parts that aren't even made by apple, put together by someone who may or may not know what they are doing? Oh and btw, you're boy would lie to you and say that the iPad is 100% legit and authentic and the exact same thing that rolls out on release date. You'd be okay with that? Because that is what's happening with these grey market sellers like MentallyretardedKicks.
It's almost all coming from Nike factories. Do you remember the restock of the Jordan XI Space Jam that happened last year? Well it seems like all those pairs were made using left over material from the Concords. You got to understand that the factories overseas are not monitored by the company (in this case Nike) , but are policed by themselves. The person in charge of the factory doesn't care, he's still going to see money from Nike and a get a kick back on top of that for letting some kicks go on the side. Let's say Nike ordered 1,000 pairs of a shoe, but the factory had enough materials to make 1,100 pairs of the shoe. They'll make there 1,000 for Nike and do what they will with extra 100 pairs. It's grimey out there man, you got factory workers making pennies an hour, for sure they're going to try to up their salary by doing some business on the side.
The only thing I'm 99% sure is fake, is the boxes that get sent out with these shoes. Notice how some sites when selling XIs before release date don't have the final retail box? It's cause the shoes and boxes are made in different factories. The shoes usually get made first, boxes come later down the line. I remember when the cement 3's dropped early sites were shipping in regular Jordan boxes. Then I think EL store or Marqueesole got a hold of the real box with the cement print. The picture looked like the box was folded into someones jacket and stolen out the factory. http://www.soleshock.com/wp-content...dan-iii-white-cement-available-on-ebay-02.jpg
You do know FoxxConn is the company that makes Apples products right? So my hypothetical situation, the person making the iPad who is an authorized FoxxConn Apple product assembler employee is using the tools, parts, and same assembly line as the iPads that hit retail stores.
Well I agree that they may get stock from multiple sources. The two pair I saw that I'm sure are fake appear not to be made with the same paint Nike uses for their Cement 4 midsole though. Maybe all the other parts used are unauthorized parts taken from Nike and used or whatever you were saying. Fact is this though, the shoes people have gotten from this place in terms of quality are all over the place. Why would you trust that even a good looking pair is legit from there? Why even chance buying at all? Bottom line, I want some retro cement 4's but if i gotta get them from MentalKicks I think I'm gonna pass.^^
I posted this in the MentalKicks thread. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but here's my 2 cents.
EXACTLY. Dude wants to keep ignoring the obvious though. Let him keep Coppin from mentally ******ed kicks...more legit pairs for the rest of us.Seriously man I have read multiple threads and you are on all of them saying they are legit. Oh... And those are fake. So enjoy those kicks you are buying man bc as long as you like them nothing else matters.
I guess I just don't understand the loyalty. Maybe it's his site or someone he knows personally.EXACTLY. Dude wants to keep ignoring the obvious though. Let him keep Coppin from mentally ******ed kicks...more legit pairs for the rest of us.
Word brother I agree with everything u said. This hobby has gotten filled with so many non educated "enthusiasts" who can't even tell a fake from a B grade.
A lot of ya'll fools go off of what he says or she says so you wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless someone told you "ayo these are from mental kicks" or "Yo, I copped these from NDC"
Half of the cats on youtube, twitter, facebook, and NT/ISS probably have a pair of these "fakes" in their closet and don't even know because they were resold to them.
A B grade has flaws that quality control has deemed not suitable for retail distribution. Just because you got a pair with an offset jumpman, that does not make them fake in all situations. Or just because your toebox has creases, that does not make them fake.
A completely wrong shade of red or completely wrong shaped shoe is a fake. Also, shoes with completely off materials and color ways, and also sneakers with mixed materials from different models are fakes. (ie. A Pair of Jordan XIII's with a patent leather toebox)
A shoe made in the same factory, by the same workers, with the same materials is NOT a fake just because it was made during non Nike clocked hours...
If a dude at subway made you a sandwich IN SUBWAY after they closed with all of subways ingredients, its still a ******g Subway sandwich.
Some of you lack common knowledge and sense when it comes to these sneakers. Over thinking and over exaggerating situations just because you want you pairs to be justified because you stood in line.
I'm not sitting here saying Air Randy ain't fake, or Marquee sole is pushing out legit kicks, cause I haven't used either. But I'm just saying, a lot of people online and offline are parading around claiming to be "sneakerheads" or whatever titles the subscribe to and don't know diddly **** about sneakers.
If you're this bent up about whether you should cop or not then just don't order from them. Better safe than sorry.
"Because if you have to ask..."
and its already been established that wc4s never had a beige midsole. It should be as white as the leather uppers. So we all agree that those materials were shady as hellThis hobby has gotten filled with so many non educated "enthusiasts" who can't even tell a fake from a B grade.

The people on here that don't know are learning from reading these threads about what's real and what's not. Not everyone has been around as long as we have. I learned about fakes from reading and asking questions on NT like 8 years ago so I won't knock anyone on here that doesn't know what's up.This hobby has gotten filled with so many non educated "enthusiasts" who can't even tell a fake from a B grade.

Every time you knowingly buy a fake shoe you should know you are supporting those bootleg shoe producers. If you're gonna buy fakes at least buy them from the sites that charge like $75 shipped for a bred IV. That way you don't have to e-mail stalk people down in Hong Kong or China when you get ripped off. Paying a huge mark up for potential garbage is not worth it IMO. The only exception should be if your desperate for the attention, have tons of $$ to blow, need to have them pre-release and you're gonna beat them up and toss them out in a year, go for it. You can fool the masses but sneakerheads will know they're probably fake/b grade/unauthorized.
Here is the cement IV YouTube video. He shows you all the differences bt a legit pair from Flight Club and a good fake pair from mental kicks.

Buuuut...people do need to chill on the B grade talk. B grades say so right on them or the box. If they don't look right and they don't have the B then they are fake.
lol...keep ignoring that beige midsole bruh...lololol.comparing box sizes...?
i copped a pair of barkley posite max from house of hoops last week and my size 10 box was HUGE compared to my other size 10 kicks
i suppose with that logic mine are fake as well right? da search for da smoking gun continues...
gee how about they were MADE EARLIER because they're a EARLIER release pair so they AGE sooner.comparing box sizes...?

i suppose with that logic mine are fake as well right? da search for da smoking gun continues...lol...keep ignoring that beige midsole bruh...lololol.That **** is yellow. Even the netting is yellow. Materials are straight different.
In fact...keep ignoring that the cement grey on the box was a completely different color, or that the black tissue paper was see thru as hell and of a completely different material and texture. How are you gonna argue the different toebox quality at 8:00. What would you say about at 10:30 when the twenty twelve stamp on the mentallyretardedkicks pair IS GOING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION LOLOLOL of the legit pair? At 12:53 look how SLOPPY AS HELL the cut is of the entire damned shoe. **** is laughable. 270 bucks what a joke. And the best part, oh man this is hilarious....HOW ABOUT AT 15:21...oh god...look at that mentalkicks pair rockin like a rocking chair. The damn shoe can't even sit straight. Can't even just rest on the ground without quakin and shakin like it's got multiple sclerosis. LOL that is hilarious. Wobble dee wobble dee wob...wobble, wobble. Keep defending this wack as company...you gotta be workin for them. It's hilarious. The worst part about it is you support this stupid site when you can get the same damn wack as fake pair from taobao/rstore for like half the price. B grades these clearly aren't because they lack the b grade stamp. These joints straight fake. High quality, hodge podge mix of nike materials and fugazi, makeshift your own materials bullshi!t. I wouldn't pay 100 dollars for these wack kicks. They worth about 75, maybe 80. But at that point, I'd rather get a real pair of sneakers for the same price. Not some half-azzed, fake *** wack pair of pathetic JB knock offs.
