manager at starbucks flips out vol.....queens

Oh poor baby, did she have an unsatisfactory customer service experience? Try being black in this country, where every store treats you like your stealing something when you're not and every store gives you sub par service.

I'm glad the manager got fired, but I feel no sympathy that this lady didn't get her 5$ caramel mocha.

manager was right. she was holding up the line, when someone tells u bye 6 times, it means bye. lol

shoulda sued apple for corny and tacky aaps. just swipe with plastic, or put down a five and move on.

Man you don't talk to a customer you are paid to provide a service for like they your 4 year old daughter, talmbout "bye Felicia, byeeee" :lol Starbucks ain't gonna stand behind this type of behavior, no business would....the customer might have been annoying but she didn't come out her face to the manager, the entire time she was just like "da hell happened" she's more chill than me, have someone behind a counter try to dismiss me like that...I wiulda flipped...lol

Went in for a coffee and dude just looked over and said in an extra sarcastic voice HOW CAN I HELP YOU

HE LOOKED RELIEVED WHEN I JUST ORDERED A COFFEE.

If you read the whole story manager deserves to get fired.

Lady was on her Starbucks app trying to pay for coffee
Manager was asking for her name so she could write it on the cup
Customer did not hear her
Customer grabbed a cookie straw to add to her tab to pay but was still unaware of managers questions
Manager gets mad and flips out accuses customer of stealing the straw

Other customers confirm the managers attitude problems
so it was a misunderstanding 
 
Misunderstanding or not, acting like a savage with no emotional control will get you fired. Period.
 
Yeah. That's terrible customer service though. How hard is it to serve coffee?
