The delay itself could not bother me less. It's the fact that their delays have caused me such grief with which they refuse to help whatsoever and continue to provide 0 detail. They need to do something at this point; if your order and ship dates are flexible, your rules need to be too. That is 100% unacceptable to me

My birthday is in June and there's a possibility I won't be home the week they ship. Guess I would have to use UPS mychoice.

Serious question that I'm pretty sure I already know the answer to but feel I need to ask I make sure. The card I ordered them with expires In June. Do I just need to contact nike and switch to a different card? This is truly ridiculous. Right now I could care less about these shoes.

It's always worth a shot to try and figure things out, but it'd be best if you can get on the phone with someone. I can only wish you good luck though, it's clear that customer satisfaction is last on their list right now
