Well we are rebuilding and he is 30. My guess is he doesn't want to wait a couple years to make the playoffs when his is 32. I guarantee if we weren't a 20 win last year and probably not going to be much better next year we wouldn't be having this problem right now. Players care more about winning then they do where they are playing. Plus he will make like 10% more in income because of state taxes.Just want to know what it is we are doing wrong in these meetings?
