When this new CBA ends, do big market teams have any leverage in changing things up?

If you could change anything about the cba, what would it be?
I would change the whole rookie deal, restricted free agent stuff,
Paul George, Kyrie, all these dudes gotta stick around cuz the teams will match..
Also the team that has your bird rights, can offer you more money, years
Change that up, Let these players play where they want goddamnit
As for changing the CBA, nah.
I kind of like the way they constructed this CBA, though I hated the way they went about it. More player movement, the deals make a little more sense and it's forcing teams to smarten up.

Shorter contracts also keep teams from dying for long periods of time with the old 6-7 year deals.
Screw up a 4 year deal, may only kill you for 2-3 years before it's flippable again.
They made it easier for moronic GM's and filthy disgusting owners screwing players out of money while bleeding all of us dry. But hey, Stern.
