**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

D'Lo hasn't finished the last two games because of his defense and he's not really relied upon for his offense anymore. Counting down his days.

Right. There is only one avenue to improve this team since free agency is over and guess who has the contract that is made for a trade. This **** isn’t rocket science. He’s gone as soon as they find the right offer.

the chance he’s on the team next year is higher than he isn’t.

Neither is 100% though.

But the more likely move is Gabe, Max, JHS and Vando. Some combination.

I can help with that

Lakers can also remove protections on the 2027 FRP they dealt to Utah if Ainge wanna get greedy.

Sexton / Vincent / JHS
AR / Christie / Bronny
Bron / Knecht / Reddish
AD / Rui / Vando
Kessler / Hayes / Koloko

Gonna be interesting to see how JJ will handle that Cleveland 2-Big lineup, which is clearly the reason they’re 4-0 when you look at how Mitchell and Garland’s numbers are down from season’s past

It’d be Max and Knecht + a pick for Kessler and some salary attachment.

DFS or Cam creates a huge hole. And Grant isn’t worth all the attachments to get to his deal.

DLo will be a Laker in the 2025-26 season too. So shrugs.
Bro…….

Knecht ain’t going anywhere.

DLo and his yellow hair is the odd man out and it’s obvious

I was for moving AR last year in a big deal like Lavine because his skillset is dynamic and covers primary ballhandling and shooting and he's the uber athlete you need.

But AR just keeps getting better. And with his contract, I honestly don't think you trade him unless something crazy hits the market. He would be even better as a 4th option/bench scoring.

So……are you saying AR has stAR qualities?

You’re expecting Ainge to take anything for Sexton and Kessler.

It’s not even remotely a serious position to hold.

Confusing what another team will ask for versus what you want to give.

Utah is 0-4 on their way to a 20 win season.

As soon as the Lakers and perhaps another team dangle 2 FRP’s and lifts the protection on the 2027 pick, Ainge will be salivating to pull the trigger.

Heck even Markannen will be up for grabs.
