I'm 1000% convinced Mitch & JIm are out of jobs once this season is done.

Jeanie will step in and fire them. Magic going to be named VP of basketball ops. Jerry West will come back as an advisor even if it means Jeanie makes him a part owner, something her dad Dr. Buss refused to do. Ryan West will be promoted and named the new Lakers GM.
