You might be right, I don't really know the timeline. But my point still stands. Guys really have no leverage at all once they're under contract. I don't see this CBA encouraging movement among stars whatsoever.
And the NBA absolutely killed free agency, which sucks because everyone loves NBA free agency. I suppose blockerbuster trades will happen more often though?
