That's cause he doesn't dribble the air out of the ball and try to make silly passes, his basketball IQ is excellent especially for his age.

Late 1st round pick, maybe mid depending on how desperate the team is to get him. Wizards could use him off the bench.

I can't say he's absolutely terrible at offense, but he's the epitome of streaky.
He's either hot or very cold.
Like an extreme version of LouWill with worse 3 point shooting.

But yeah, with Hart being a better defender than him, JC has been expendable.
